John has been involved in multiple aspects of the Real Estate and Mortgage professions locally for over 30 years. A native of Tampa, he was initially licensed as a Realtor in 1996 after spending many years in the REO/Default sector. He was a partner in one of the largest Employee-based Appraisal companies in America for over a decade, and both of his adult children are Certified Appraisers locally.

A Pinellas Realtor Affiliate Member for 12 years, John served as Chairman in 2018 & 2019. He has shared his knowledge in over 300 speaking engagements over the past decade. A true lifetime of experience has taught John that it is far more valuable to give than receive.

John has now entered the Mortgage Loan Origination arena where he is able to put his decades of Real Estate experience to work for his clients!
